Shrambazaar shares only the data needed for hiring and platform operations.

• Worker details may be shown to contractors for hiring review, shortlisting, and contact after the relevant access flow is completed.
• Contractor and employer details may be shown to workers when they review active job opportunities.
• Service providers may process limited data for authentication, hosting, storage, and messaging support.

Verification features are used to improve trust on the platform. Shrambazaar does not store full Aadhaar numbers. Where applicable, only masked details, verification status, and supporting metadata required for compliance or audit are retained.

By using Shrambazaar and accepting the legal terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purposes described here, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. You may withdraw consent, but some platform functions may no longer be available afterward.
